Program objectives: Upon completion of this educational program, the participant will be able to:

• Name forms of Nurse Incivility
• State an indication for the use of aromatherapy
• Demonstrate the correct method for administering aromatherapy agents
• Identify 2 nausea receptors and the medications that work with these receptors
• State 2 causes of Negative Pressure Pulmonary Edema
• List treatment for Negative Pressure Pulmonary Edema
